3.5 The User declares to perpetually authorize, at no cost or any commercial and monetary counterparts, the use, disclosure, publication and exploitation of the content (texts, publications, comments, images, videos or others) voluntarily provided and posted to the Website or any means of communication, current or future, and through any technology the Website intends to use.
3.6 The Website is not responsible for the protection of Copyright and the eventual need for prior authorization to use the content submitted by the User, regardless of its nature and typology, being the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that all legal issues inherent to the disclosure of the information that provides.

4.1 SUEBI doesn’t guarantee the accuracy of the data available on the Website. SUEBI makes its best efforts to ensure the maximum reliability and quality of the data contained on the Website, neither guaranteeing nor being liable for any inaccuracies arising from the original information on which it works, nor for any damage, loss or damage that may result from it. eventually to the User or third parties.

5.3 Service levels are geared towards ensuring accessibility at a 99.90% UpTime level.
5.4 The User is expressly responsible for the use of the service, depending on its experience with it.
5.5 Due to the nature of the Website and the possibility of error in the storage and transmission of electronic information, SUEBI doesn’t guarantee the accuracy and security of the information transmitted or obtained through it, unless otherwise stated herein.
6. CHANGES TO WEBSITE
SUEBI reserves the right to make changes, suspend or discontinue (temporary or permanent) the Website or any constituent part of the Website. The User agrees not to hold SUEBI responsible for any modification, delay, suspension or interruption of services provided to the User through the Website and, or Third-Party Entities.
7. SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF ACCESS

9.5 IF THE USER IS DISSATISFIED WITH THE WEBSITE OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED, MATERIAL OR SERVICES, OR ANY OF ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ITS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS NOT TO USE IT.
10. PARTICIPATION OR ADHERENCE TO THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING ACTIONS

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese Law. Any dispute arising out of or related to such contracts is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese Courts.
